Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every product at Nexxt Home Co is an instant digital download — there is nothing to ship and nothing physical arrives in the mail.

How delivery works:

• Your files are available to download immediately after checkout, right on the order confirmation page.
• A download link is also emailed to you straight away — check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) if you don't see it within a few minutes.
• Your download link is saved to your order history, so you can come back and re-download any time.
• Files are supplied as print-ready PDFs (A4 + US Letter) for you to print at home or at any print shop.

No shipping fees, no postage, no delivery windows — you are never waiting on a courier for a Nexxt Home Co product.

Trouble downloading? Email hello@nexxthomeco.com.au with your order number and we'll get your files to you right away.
