Returns & Refunds

Every product in this store is an instant digital download. There is nothing to post back, so this policy is written for digital goods only.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) come first, and nothing here limits them.

If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described: you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. For a major failure you choose the remedy; for a minor failure we may repair or replace first. Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Most issues are sorted the same business day, and always within 5.

Change of mind: because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, change-of-mind refunds are not available on digital downloads. Please check the product description, the page count and the file formats before you buy, and email us first if anything is unclear.

Bought the wrong item: if you have not downloaded it, email us within 7 days and we will swap it or refund it.

Cannot download your files? Your download link is in your order confirmation email and in your order history. If neither works, email hello@nexxthomeco.com.au with your order number and we will send the files to you directly.

How to raise a problem: email hello@nexxthomeco.com.au with your order number and what went wrong. There is nothing to post and no return address, so please do not send anything in the mail.

Refund timing: approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

We will never offer store credit only or no refunds where the ACL requires otherwise.
