FAQ

Digital products

How do I receive my download?
A download link is emailed to you automatically right after purchase, and it also appears on your order confirmation page. No physical item is shipped.

What format are the printables?
Print-ready PDF in both A4 and US Letter. Print at 100% scale at home or at any print shop.

Can I print the pages more than once?
Yes — our planners are undated, so you can reprint and reuse them forever.

Can I get a refund on a digital item?
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, these sales are generally final — but if something's wrong with your file, contact us and we'll fix or replace it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders & payments

What payment methods do you accept?

I didn't get my download email — help!
Check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number and we'll resend it within one business day.
